温利结合法治疗IgA肾病
Treating IgA Nephropathy with Warming and Purging Method
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is located in the Lung,Spleen,Liver,and Kidney,especially the Spleen and Kidney,which is the syndrome of deficiency of the foundation and excess of the symptoms,namely,deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney and endogenous stasis and Tu-bidity.In the clinical treatment of this disease,if Spleen and Kidney deficiency is the main cause,the focus should be on restoring the functions of the Spleen and Kidney organs.The method should be replenishing Qi and warming Yang,and modified Yu Pingfeng Powder can be used.If blood stasis and turbidity are the main endogenous factors,emphasis should be placed on promoting blood circulation,re-solving blood stasis and unblocking waterways.The method should be to remove blood stasis and turbidity and modified Yinchen Shixiao Powder should be used.If there is a mixture of deficiency and excess,it is necessary to balance supporting the Zheng Qi and dispelling the Evil factors.The method should be the combination of warming and purging,and then the combination of Yu Pingfeng Powder and Yinchen Shixiao Powder can be applied in clinics.关键词
