从大肠"实而不满"分析铁死亡对溃疡性结肠炎的意义
Significance Analysis of Ferroptosis on Ulcerative Colitis from Perspective of"Shi Er Bu Man"of Large Intestine
摘要
Abstract
Ferroptosis in the Large intestine can induce ulcerative colitis.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the Large intestine belongs to the Fu viscera and conforms to the physiological characteristics of"Shi Er Bu Man",that is,the Large in-testine can temporarily store dregs but cannot store too much Essence.Iron and lipids are essential substances that are absorbed by the human body and become components of the Essence.When iron and lipid overload occurs,ferroposis can occur,leading to ulcerative co-litis.Therefore,the occurrence of ferroposis in ulcerative colitis confirms to the characteristic of the Large intestine being"Shi Er Bu Man".In addition,the defense mechanism of ferroptosis reflects the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of Yin and Yang harmo-ny,and the"overcrowding"of iron and lipids in the Large intestine can be understood from the Turbid toxin theory.关键词
