Abstract

Objective:To investigate the status quo of psychosocial adaptation in patients with Sjogren's syndrome and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 285 patients with Sjogren's syndrome who were hospitalized or outpatients in rheumatology department of 3 hospitals in Guiyang City from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,psychosocial adaptation questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Piper Fatigue Revised Scale were used to investigate.Results:The total score of psychosocial adaptation in patients with Sjogren's syndrome was 104.92±8.17.The total score of Sjogren's syndrome psychosocial adaptation was negatively correlated with the total score of Piper Fatigue Revised Scale(r=-0.253,P<0.001)and the total score of PSQI(r=-0.346,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,per capita monthly family income,course of disease,sleep quality and fatigue degree were the influencing factors of psychosocial adaptation in Sjogren's syndrome patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with Sjogren's syndrome are at a low level of psychosocial adaptation,and medical staff should conduct precise intervention according to its influencing factors to improve the level of psychosocial adaptation of patients.
