护士工作疏离感潜在剖面分析及影响因素
Potential profile analysis and influencing factors of nurses'work alienation

Abstract
Objective:To identify the potential categories of nurses'work alienation and compare the demographic differences and influencing factors among different categories of nurses.Methods:A total of 335 nurses from 3 Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou in May 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and nurses'work alienation scale were used to investigate.12 items of nurses'work alienation scale were used as indicators for potential profile analysis.The influencing factors of different potential profiles of work alienation were discussed by disordered multiple Logistic regression analysis.Results:Nurses'work alienation was divided into"low level-high helplessness type"(15.8%),"medium level-high significance type"(40.6%)and"high level-low helplessness type"(43.6%).Gender,working years and position were the influencing factors of nurses'work alienation.Conclusions:Nurses'work alienation is in the middle and high level,and has obvious heterogeneity.Nursing managers should identify nurses work alienation early,and conduct individualized intervention according to different potential profile factors to prevent or reduce nurses'work alienation.关键词
