The analysis on fatigue load for wind turbine yaw system under multi field coupling

Abstract
A fatigue load analysis method for wind turbine yaw system under multi field coupling is proposed to address the issue of fatigue damage and reduced service life of wind turbine yaw system under long-term start stop cycle operation.Establish a dynamic model of the wind turbine yaw system,including a permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic model,a transmission system dynamic model,a sensor model,and a random wind load model,and analyze the maximum transient impact and equivalent damage load on the system.Based on the continuous damage theory,the fatigue damage evolution equation is used to analyze the fatigue damage generated by the yaw system of wind turbines under load.According to the relevant parameters of the wind turbine yaw system,three test points are set up to analyze the load,plastic strain,and fatigue damage of different methods.The results show that the proposed method has high analytical accuracy and is consistent with the fatigue damage of the actual wind turbine yaw system,which can ensure the safety of the wind turbine yaw system operation.关键词
