Abstract

The effects of preparation temperature,addition amount,adsorption time and asphalt heating temperature on the adsorption of VOCs released by heated asphalt were investigated,and the adsorption characteristics were analyzed.The results show that when the preparation temperature of cow dung biochar was 600 ℃,the dosage of biochar was 10 g,the heating temperature of asphalt was 160 ℃,and the adsorption time was 20 min,the adsorption effect of cow dung biochar on VOCs released by asphalt heating was the best,and the removal rate was the highest(88.69%).The thermodynamic analysis of the adsorption process of VOCs released by bitumen heated by biochar from cow dung was carried out.Langmuir equation was more consistent with the adsorption characteristics,and the adsorption process was mainly single molecule adsorption.The process of adsorption of VOCs released by bitumen heated by bovine dung biochar was analyzed,and the quasi-second-order kinetic equation was more consistent with the adsorption characteristics,suggesting that chemisorption occurred.
