摘要

Abstract

Based on the simulated acidification of sulfur addition in meadow steppe,the response of trace elements in plant leaves and roots to sulfur addition was studied.The results showed that compared with weeds,the leaves of grass had higher mass fraction of Fe and Mn and lower mass fraction of Ca and Mg;the responses of Ca and Mg in leaves of the four species to sulfur addition were relatively weak,and Mn increased significantly with sulfur addition(the variation range was 6%~72%),while the Fe mass fraction in weeds leaves decreased significantly(the variation range was 5%~5 2%);from the perspective of plant community level,with the increase of sulfur addition,the Ca mass fraction in roots decreased significantly,decreased by 18%at high sulfur level,and the Fe mass fraction in leaves and Mn mass fraction in leaves and roots increased significantly,increasing by 103%,93%and 106%,respectively;the variation of plant nutrients under sulfur addition was significantly affected by soil acidification indexes such as soil pH and exchangeable Al.
