Influencing Factors of Construction Workers'Unsafe Behavior Based on HFACS and SD
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively intervene unsafe behaviors of workers in construction sites,considering the impact of unsafe behavior propagation,an influencing factor analysis model based on HFACS and SD was established.The HFACS-C applicable to the construction site was established by combining literature and accident reports;the HFACS-C was quantized,the SD model and SD equation were established,and a real project for analogue simulation was selected.The experimental results showed that the model could reflect the cumulative impact of unsafe behaviors,and provide help for managers to control and intervene.关键词
