华东地区助产士适度保护会阴分娩技术应用现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Midwives' Application of Moderate Perineal Protec-tion Technique During Delivery in East China

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of midwives'clinical application of moderate perineal protection technique during delivery in East China and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From April to May 2021,a total of 1884 midwives were selected by convenience sampling from hospitals at all levels in East China(Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Fujian).They were investigated by using a self-made questionnaire.Results Among them,1338(71.02%)midwives applied the moderate perineal protection technique in clinical practice.The logistic regression analysis showed that the clinical application of moderate perineal protection technique was mainly influenced by hospital attributes,midwives'years of working and whether they have received operation training on the moderate perineal protection technique.Conclusion The proportion of midwives applying moderate perineal technology in clinical practice in East China needs to be further improved.Relevant clinical administrators should further improve the midwifery education system and midwifery training mechanism so as to address the needs of midwives applying moderate perineal technology in clinical practice.关键词
