Digital Transformation of Telecom Operators Under Background of High-Quality Development
摘要
Abstract
Using case analysis,literature research,comparative analysis and other methods,the current situation of digital transformation of the three major telecom operators in China was studied.It was found that although telecom operators had made some progress in new service development,information infrastructure construction and upgrading,there were still problems such as imperfect business models,lack of digital talents,cloud-network integration,and computing-network integration that needed to be accelerated.Suggestions were put forward on refining digital business models,improving the construction of digital talent teams,accelerating cloud-network integration,and integrating computing and network.关键词
