人参根际溶磷菌的筛选鉴定及其促生作用
Screening and Identification of Phosphorus-Solubilizing Bacteria in Rhizosphere Soil of Panax ginseng and their Growth-Promoting Effects

Abstract
Screening rhizosphere bacteria with phosphorus-solubilizing ability from the rhizosphere soil of ginseng that growing in the for-est,and clarifying their promoting effect and mechanism on ginseng growth.A plate dilution method was used to isolate and screen the rhi-zosphere bacteria which were then identified by 16S rRNA sequencing.The functional medium was used to detect the phosphorus solubiliza-tion ability of the strains.Indoor potted experiment was conducted,and phosphorus solubilizing bacteria were inoculated into the 1-year-old ginseng rhizosphere through root irrigation.Both the physiological indexes of ginseng and physical and chemical properties of ginseng rhi-zosphere soil were measured after 90 days.Three phosphate solubilizing bacteria strains were obtained from the ginseng rhizosphere soil,naming Nocardioides allogilvus(FT4),Pseudomonas reactans(FT6),and Bacillus tequilensis(FT10),among them,FT6 showed the highest phosphorus-solubilizing ability;and was able to dissolve both inorganic and organic phosphorus,with a dissolved phosphorus amount of 390.99 mg/L and 11.53 mg/L,respectively.Compared to the control,FT6 increased fresh weight and dry weight of the aboveground of gin-seng by 45.8%and 35.0%,respectively,increased the phosphorus content and phosphorus absorption efficiency of ginseng by 106.2%and 178.0%,respectively,and increased the PS Ⅱ maximum photosynthetic efficiency and actual photosynthetic efficiency of ginseng leaves by 32.3%and 55.2%,respectively(P<0.05).In addition,FT6 decreased the rhizosphere soil pH by 0.45 and increased soil available phos-phorus content,acid phosphatase activity and phytase activity by 11.2%,42.5%and 595.5%,respectively(P<0.05).These findings sug-gested that the bacteria FT6 had strong phosphate-solubilizing ability,and could promote ginseng growth and had the potential to improve the quality of soil that cultivating ginseng,which indicating its strong application value in the green and sustainable development of ginseng cultivation industry.关键词
