一种消杀蜜蜂狄斯瓦螨方法的研究
Study on a Method of Perish Varroa destructor
摘要
Abstract
Varroa destructor is one of the main parasitic mites that harm the western honeybee,in order to improve the ability to kill the mite."An efficient acaricidal device for large-scale beekeeping"developed by our team was used in the experimental group.The device was plac-ed on the bottom box or relay box,and each group was automatically sprayed with agents for 90~120 s;The control group was sprayed one by one with the traditional hand-held bee spleen watering can,and the number of mites in the two groups,the treatment time and the effect on the colony were compared.The results showed that after 20 min,40 min,1 h,2 h and 24 h treatment,the number of mites in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment time of mites in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).The duration of mite control in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Both the experimental group and the control group had no adverse effects on the bee colony.Compared with the traditional method,the application of"an efficient acaricidal device for large-scale beekeeping"to spray acaricidal agent to eliminate varroa mite has a faster and better effect,and is convenient and quick,and saves labor cost.关键词
