重度牙周炎伴前牙错畸形的牙周-种植-正畸联合治疗效果观察(附1例10年随访报告)
Combined periodontal-implanting-orthodontic treatment for patients with severe periodontitis combined with anterior teeth malocclusion:a case report of 10-year follow-up
摘要
Abstract
Periodontitis is a common disease that affects patient's oral function and aesthetics,while patients with severe periodontitis often have a combination of malocclusion,who need a complete multidisciplinary treatment plan based on a thorough oral examination to achieve the goals of controlling inflammation,restoring health,rebuilding function,and im-proving aesthetics.This article demonstrates a case of generalized stage Ⅲ grade C periodontitis with anterior teeth mal-occlusion which has been treated with combined periodontal-implanting-orthodontic treatment,and it eventually achieves satisfactory results for both patients and doctors.This case provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of cases.关键词
