家长对全身麻醉下儿童口腔治疗的接受度调查及其影响因素分析
Analysis of parents'acceptability to oral treatment for children under general anesthesia and influencing fac-tors

Abstract
Objective Based on questionnaire survey,the acceptability of parents to oral treatment for children under general anesthesia was analyzed and its influencing factors were discussed.Methods From March 2022 to February 2023,524 parents of children for oral treatment under general anesthesia were selected in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry,Hospital of Stomatology,the Fourth Military Medical University.The acceptability of parents to the treatment was analyzed by questionnaire,and the influence of factors such as the age of children,the age of parents,the monthly family income,the status of parents'caries and the understanding of dental general anesthesia(DG A)treatment process on the acceptability of parents was analyzed.Results A total of 524 questionnaires were sent out in this survey,and 506 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 96.6％.Out of 506 parents,237(46.8 percent)fully ac-cepted the treatment,250(49.4 percent)generally accepted it,and 19(3.8 percent)did not.The results of multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that the age of the children(OR=1.635,95％CI:1.115-2.405,P=0.012),the caries status of the parents(OR=1.652,95％CI:1.029-2.669,P=0.039)and the understanding of DGA treatment process(OR=0.076,95％CI:0.032-0.171,P＜0.001)were the independent factors influencing parents'acceptance of oral treatment under general anesthesia.Conclusion The main reasons for parents'difficulty in accepting oral treat-ment of children under general anesthesia may be young age of children,parents with lower rate of caries and poor under-standing of general anesthesia.Effective measures should be developed in clinical work to enhance parents'awareness of oral health care for children and strengthen the popularization of DGA knowledge.关键词
