Evolution of definition and diagnostic criteria for acute kidney injury
摘要
Abstract
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common clinical syndrome characterized by rapid decline in renal function.The definition and diagnosis of AKI have gone through a transition,from risk,injury,failure,loss,end-stage(RIFLE),acute kidney injury network(AKIN)to Kidney Disease:Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO)criteria.In this article,we will review the history of changes in the definition and diagnosis of AKI,discuss the connotation of AKI,and the limitations and prospects of AKI diagnosis,in order to help clinicians understand AKI.关键词
