Identifying acute kidney injury sub-phenotypes and moving towards precision treatment for acute kidney injury

Abstract
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a clinical syndrome characterized by acute renal dysfunction caused by various factors,with a high incidence and mortality rate.Currently,experimental studies cannot improve the prognosis of these AKI patients.The reason is that the main clinical manifestations of AKI are consistent,but the etiology and pathophysiological mechanisms are not uniform,showing significant heterogeneity.One treatment cannot cover all AKI cases,so it is essential to identify AKI subtypes and provide specific precision therapy.Currently,AKI subphenotype is mainly based on clinical parameters or hiomarkers,as well as classifying according to clinical parameters and biomarkers.The initial focus of AKI subphenotype analysis is to identify potential high-risk populations and predict prognosis,but the ultimate goal is to facilitate precision therapy for AKI.Therefore,it is important to explore different AKI phenotypes and help clinicians develop targeted treatments for specific pathophysiological processes.关键词
