摘要
Abstract
Renal function in critical patients is easily impaired,which is often associated with decreased renal perfusion.Critical ultrasound can be used to assess the structure of kidney and qualify the blood perfusion at the bedside.By optimizing systemic hemodynamics,titrating appropriate mean arterial pressure and reducing renal venous resistance,renal perfusion can be improved,and the efect of preventing and treating acute kidney injury is achieved.关键词
