摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 86 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to the Second Hospital,University of South China from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in the study. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the lottery method, each with 43 patients. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received integrated medical and nursing intervention based on the routine intervention. The rehabilitation status, oxidative stress level, complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 month of intervention, the scores of the Glasgow Coma Scale, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, and the Activities of Daily Living Scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level in both groups was decreased compared with that before intervention, and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)were increased compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05).The observation group had a lower MDA level and higher SOD and GSH levels than the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention, the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the nursing satisfaction scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention(both P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation and oxidative stress level of patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, enhance their nursing satisfaction, and reduce the complication rate.关键词
