Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 80 patients who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy at Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022.According to the differences in nursing methods,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 40 patients.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The trauma response,sex hormone levels,pain intensity,quality of life,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results At half a month and 1 month after surgery,the serum total antioxidant capacity and estradiol level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of myoglobin,ischemia-modified albumin,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of the above indicators in both groups were better than those before surgery(all P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 and 3 days after surgery,and the Short Form-36 Health Survey scores were higher than those of the control group at 1 and 6 months after surgery(all P<0.05).The scores of the above indicators in both groups were better than those before surgery(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(7.50%vs.25.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy for patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy can improve their trauma response and sex hormone levels,alleviate their postoperative pain,improve their quality of life,and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
