Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of empathy-oriented seamless nursing on the nursing of patients with angina pectoris admitted to the emergency department. Methods A total of 150 patients with angina pectoris admitted to the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received empathy-oriented seamless nursing. The length of hospital stay, angina control, emotional status, hope level, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of intervention, the scores of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire, the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, the Herth Hope Index, and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale in both groups were better than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher rate of overall nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy-oriented seamless nursing can shorten the hospital stay of patients with angina pectoris, and improve their angina control, emotional status, hope level, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate.关键词
