阿托伐他汀钙辅助治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的临床价值
Clinical Value of Atorvastatin Calcium in Treatment of Cognitive Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Method 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received atorvastatin calcium adjuvant therapy.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the cognitive dysfunction,self-care ability,blood lipid level and complications of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium adjuvant therapy for patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction can effectively improve their cognitive dysfunction,improve their self-care ability,improve their blood lipid level,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has high clinical application value.关键词
