糠椴木聚糖提取及纳米木聚糖制备工艺优化
Extraction of Xylan from Tilia mandshurica and Optimization of Preparation Process for Nano-xylan

Abstract
Xylan was extracted from tulip tree bark by using the alkali extraction method,nano-xylan was prepared through secondary alkali treatment,and the preparation process of nano-xylan was optimized by using the response surface methodology.Experimental results showed that the optimal extraction process parameters for cellulose were as follows:poplar husk as raw material,alkali solution concentration of 10%,processing temperature of 90℃,processing time of 3 hours,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/mL).Under these conditions,cellulose was effectively extracted from poplar husk.The best process parameters for preparing nanocellulose were as follows:processing temperature of 59℃,processing time of 2 hours,and alkali concentration of 5%.Under these conditions,the particle size of the prepared nanocellulose was 9.36 nm.The particle size of nanocellulose was further confirmed to be between 20~40 nm with regular morphology through transmission electron microscopy,which was consistent with the results tested by the nanolaser particle size analyzer Winner802.This study not only provides an effective method for extracting and preparing nanocellulose,but also proves the feasibility of the response surface methodology in optimizing process parameters.关键词
