软模板法制备聚苯胺干凝胶及在水性防腐涂料中的应用
Preparation of Polyaniline Dry Gel by Soft Template Method and Application in Waterborne Anticorrosive Coatings

Abstract
Polyaniline dry gels were prepared by chemical oxidation reaction by using dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and didodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride as soft templates,respectively.The structure of polyaniline dry gels was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The prepared polyaniline dry gels were applied to waterborne anticorrosive coatings to investigate the effect on the corrosion resistance.The results showed that polyaniline waterborne anticorrosive coatings prepared by the two dry gels had good acid,alkali and salt resistance.关键词
