日本近代职业教育演进分析
An Analysis of the Development of Japanese Modern Vocational Education

Abstract
In the Meiji period,Japan fully introduced the western vocational education model,which led to the rapid development of vocational education.The vocational education system has gradually formed,making the goal of"promoting education through industry"realized.Vocational education has become an indispensable component of national war services.During the Taisho period,the ideological wave of democracy swept across various fields,the industry-academic system was established in primary vocational education,and the middle and higher vocational education also developed rapidly.At the same time,the influence of militarism on vocational education has also been strengthened.In the early Showa period,the stimulus of the wartime economy promoted the further development of vocational education.Policy reforms brought about innovation in vocational education and implemented comprehensive reforms to militarize vocational education,leading to its extreme militarization.However,this reform eventually brought about the crisis and collapse of militaristic vocational education.关键词
