Park-level integrated energy system planning considering tiered carbon trading and optimal construction timing

Abstract
The integrated energy system(IES)in industrial park enables the mutual complementation and coordinated op-timization of multiple energy sources,which is of great significance for energy conservation,efficiency enhancement and carbon emission reduction.In this paper,the planning model and solution approach is proposed,considering tiered carbon trading and optimal construction timing for the IES in the park,which involves multiple energy types including electricity,gas and heat.The cost calculation model for a tiered carbon trading is developed,and the'dual-carbon'constraints of car-bon peaking and carbon neutrality are incorporated to restrict the carbon emissions of the park.The optimization objective is to minimize the net present value of the total life-cycle cost,which takes into account the investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,carbon trading cost,and residual value cost.The model is solved using a mixed-integer programming to determine the investment year and capacity configuration plan of equipment in the IES of park.To demonstrate the effec-tiveness of the planning model in reducing carbon emissions and decreasing system costs,a variety of typical scenarios are established for joint comparison of several typical planning scenarios.Additionally,the impacts of carbon trading bench-mark prices,the number of construction phases and the dual carbon constraint on the planning results are explored.关键词
