Voltage partition coordinated control of county distribution network with distributed PV based on partial measurement data

Abstract
With distributed photovoltaic integrated into county distribution network,the power flow has become more com-plicated,bringing great challenge to traditional voltage controll.This paper proposes a dynamic partition and voltage con-trol method based on partial measurement data of county distribution network.Firstly,the principle of"nearby power sup-ply"is used for initial partitioning;then,local adjustment is made to the initial partition according to the demand of the reactive power reserve of each area;after that the final dynamic partition is obtained by executing the partition aggregation algorithm;finally,this paper proposes a distributed voltage control strategy considering partitions.The IEEE 69 system simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness of the partition method and the voltage partition coordinated control strategy proposed in this paper.关键词
