摘要
Abstract
In order to screen out the high-quality sweet potato varieties suitable for being planted in Putian City,the ten new high-quality edible sweet potato varieties with good comprehensive characters were introduced to carry out the comparative experiment with Guangshu 87 as the control group.Then,the indicators such as the characteristics,fresh-eating yield,dry matter yield,starch yield,appearance evaluation and eating quality of the varieties were com-prehensively evaluated.The results showed that:Putuan 32 had good comprehensive performance in fresh sweet pota-to yield,dry matter yield and starch yield,and also had good appearance,good taste quality,so it was recommended to be planted and popularized in large area as a fresh-eating variety.The dry matter yield and starch yield of Pushu 12 were outstanding,the tubers were concentrated and neat,the appearance and taste quality were good,so it was rec-ommended to be planted in large area as a starch-type variety.The yield of fresh sweet potato of Fushu 604 was out-standing,and the dry matter yield,starch yield,appearance and taste were also good.So it was suggested that Fushu 604 should be popularized as a fresh-eating and starch-type variety in large area.The overall performance of Quanshu 19 and Longshu 116 was moderate,so they were recommended to be planted as a matching variety,while the overall performance of the five varieties,such as Mashali,Hongyao,Jishu 26,Yanshu 25 and Longshu 601,was poor,and they were not recommended to be planted and popularized in Putian City.关键词
