摘要

Abstract

As a high-precision inertial measurement sensor,Quartz flexible accelerometers(QFAs)are widely used in spacecraft attitude control and inertial navigation.In the design process of QFAs,the damping coefficient in in-fluences is an important parameter.Different from other parameters of QFAs,the damping coefficient is related to various factors such as the area of the quartz pendulous reed,the working gap,the atmospheric pressure of the working environment,etc.In order to obtain the damping coefficient under the normal working state of QFAs,a closed-loop measurement method based on the frequency response of the system is studied.The amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of QFAs is obtained by using the horizontal shaking table,and then through the least square method to identify the damping coefficient.Using the identified damping coefficient to simulate and draw the ampli-tude-frequency characteristic curve to compare with the actual sampling output,it verifies that the closed-loop meas-urement method based on the system frequency response is effective and feasible.
