"双一流"建设背景下我国高校教师评价体系的制度变迁及其优化路径

Abstract
The development of teacher evaluation system has gone through a process from individuation to institutionalization.In the institutionalized stage of teacher evaluation system,quantitative assessment has become the main means of teacher evaluation system.Scientific research index,because of its strong quantifiable characteristics,has an overwhelming advantage in the current teacher evaluation system,which makes the teaching work in a relatively awkward situation.In the American teacher evaluation system,we pay more attention to the main power of the grass-roots departments,and at the same time,we emphasize the balance between administrative power and academic power,which is of great significance to the optimization of the teacher evaluation system in China.The teacher evaluation system in colleges and universities in China should establish the teacher evaluation concept of"developmental teacher evaluation",establish a diversified evaluation participation mechanism with teachers as the main body,establish the basic idea of classified evaluation,coordinate teaching and research,so as to make colleges and universities embark on the road of characteristic development.关键词
