研究生教育中导学关系研究进程及趋势

Abstract
Using the method of visual analysis of the scientific knowledge map,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the research results of the relationship between postgraduate students and their tutor in China since the Third National Education Conference was held in 1999,and finds that the attention of the research on the teacher-student relationship is constantly increasing.The research focuses on the nature,theoretical basis,effectiveness and mode of action,practical status,optimization strategies and other aspects of the teacher-student relationship.The evolution of the research theme follows the path of the adjustment of the postgraduate education policy,showing such characteristics,early attention to the connotation and current situation of the teacher-student relationship,middle exploration of the causes and strategies of the alienation of the relationship,attention to the teacher-student relationship of professional master's degree graduates,and more rich theoretical support.Recently,the research methods are more diversified,and more focused on the impact of the teacher-student relationship on the moralistic and doctoral groups.The trend of future research is to strengthen the sustainability,systematicness,predictability and internationalization of research,focusing on the impact of learning guidance relationship on the tutor group,the teacher-student relationship in professional doctoral education,and the international comparative study of learning teacher-student relationship.关键词
