转化医学视域下基于成果导向的药学创新人才培养模式研究

Abstract
The development of society and the continuous improvement of people's demand for medical health have brought about the continuous growth demand for pharmaceutical talents,and the requirements for their professional quality are also increasing.Although the training mode of pharmaceutical talents in China has been groping for improvement,there are still many deficiencies in the training mechanism and the evaluation system,which cannot meet the needs of society for pharmaceutical talents.Based on the teaching process of Pharmacology course,this paper analyzed the main deficiencies in the training mode of pharmaceutical talents,and studies the training mode of innovative pharmaceutical talents from the perspective of translational medicine and Outcome-based Education(OBE).Under the guidance of OBE,the paper puts forward the construction and exploration of the training mode from the aspects of the reverse overall design of teaching content,teaching strategies,teaching links and continuous teaching evaluation,in order to constantly improve the teaching system of Pharmacology courses and build the training mode of innovative pharmaceutical talents,which will have a positive impact on the training of pharmaceutical talents and contribute to meeting the needs of the society for innovative pharmaceutical talents in the future.关键词
