"互联网+"背景下新闻传播类专业人才培养模式与就业反馈

Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,a new model combining the development of journalism and communication industry and the Internet has emerged.This paper will explore the training mode of journalism and communication majors in the"Internet+"era,analyze the problems existing in the development process,and the practical measures of the majors'training mode under the background of"Internet +"and comb the feedback of students'employment in recent years.The reform and practice of the training system for journalism and communication majors show that under the background of"Internet +",only the continuous breakthrough of ideas and practices can further improve the comprehensive strength of journalism and communication majors,and achieve the common development of employment and progress in the industry.Based on the employment feedback of journalism and communication graduates and combined with existing academic viewpoints in China,this study proposes a"three-oriented"optimization path and strategy for the cultivation of journalism and communication professionals in the meta-universe under the background of"Internet +",namely,problem-oriented method,innovation-oriented method and practice-oriented method.关键词
