雷公藤的药理作用、毒性及减毒策略研究进展
Progress on pharmacology,toxicity and attenuated strategies of Tripterygium wilfordii
摘要
Abstract
Tripterygium wilfordii,as a traditional Chinese medicine,has anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,anti-rejection,anti-tumor,kidney protection,anti-fertility,articular cartilage protection,antiviral and other pharmacological effects.It is widely used in clinical practice.Although Tripterygium wilfordii and Tripterygium wilfordii extract have been widely used in clinical treatment,which limits the use and development of Tripterygium wilfordii,and its toxic reaction is manifested as the damage of substantial organs such as liver,heart and kidney.After long-term toxicological study,main toxic components and toxic mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii were basically determined.The studies on pharmacological action,toxicity and attenuated methods of Tripterygium wilfordii are summarized and analyzed,so as to provide a basis for future pharmacological research,to provide reference for clinical safe use,and to provide a theoretical basis for further development of Tripterygium wilfordii.关键词
