染料木素磺酸钠的药理作用研究进展
Research progress on pharmacological action of Genistein-3'-sodium sulfonate
摘要
Abstract
As a structural modification of phytoestrogen genistein,Genistein-3'-sodiumsulfonate has strong water solubility and bioavailability.It can exert multiple pharmacological effects.This paper briefly reviews the protective effects of Genistein-3'-sodiumsulfonate on brain,acute lung injury,anti-liver fibrosis,anti-lipid metabolism disorder,anti-osteoporosis and myocardial ischemia and related mechanisms,intending to provide a basis for the further development and utilization of Genistein-3'-sodiumsulfonate.关键词
