运动相关基因纤维连接蛋白Ⅲ结构域蛋白5与乳腺癌的进展相关性研究
Exercise-related gene FNDC5 and its association with breast cancer progression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of fibronectin type Ⅲ domain-containing protein 5(FNDC5)on the progression of breast cancer.Methods:TIMER,Breast Cancer Gene-Expression Miner v4.9,Kaplan-Meier Plotter,Cbioportal,UALCAN,Survival Meth,DIANA-micro T,miRWalk,miRTarBase,GSEA,STRING and R were performed to explore the relationship between clinical prognostic parameters and survival data with FNDC5,and the mechanisms of the FNDC5 expression in breast cancer patients.Results:Compare to normal breast tissue,FNDC5 gene expression was significantly lower in breast cancer.The age,estrogen receptor(ER)negative,progesterone receptor(PR)status negative,epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)positive,lymph node positive,histological types,Scarff-Bloom-Richardson(SBR)grade,triple-negative status and basal-like status were correlated with FNDC5 level,and FNDC5 level may also be correlated with the mir-4323 and mir-4692.Furthermore,the decreased FNDC5 expression correlated with worse overall survival.Besides that,FNDC5 also involved in the signaling pathway related to the tumor metastasis and progression.Conclusion:The expression of FNDC5 is down-regulated in breast cancer,and its low expression is associated with poor prognosis of breast cancer.Meanwhile,its low expression may be regulated by mir-4323 and mir-4692.关键词
