摘要

Abstract

Thyroid cancer is the most common malignancy among head and neck cancers.Tumor associated macrophages are the most important component of the tumor microenvironment with high plasticity.When the microenvironment changes,they can be polarized into lassic activated macrophages(M1)and bypass activated macrophages(M2).M2/M1 has a great correlation with the poor prognosis of thyroid cancer.Tumor associated macrophages play an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer.This article reviews the origin and plasticity of tumor associated macrophages,the mechanism of action in thyroid cancer and the regulatory pathways in thyroid cancer,intending to provide new ideas for the treatment.
