Abstract
Senile dementia is a primary degenerative disease of central nervous system characterized by progressive cognitive dysfunction and behavioral impairment of unknown etiology,and its prevalence is increasing year by year.A number of studies have shown that inpatients with senile dementia are prone to falls due to diseases and other factors,but most of the current attention focuses on the falls of ordinary elderly people,and the falls of inpatients with senile dementia is not enough.In this paper,domestic and foreign literature was retrieved to review the overview,risk factors,influence,and status quo of fall prevention in inpatients with senile dementia,aiming to improve medical staff's attention to falls in inpatients with senile dementia,improve their ability to identify and manage falls,and provide reference for further research.关键词
