Abstract
The detection of partial discharge in air switchgear is with significant practical importance.The gas(air)detection method has obvious advantages over the traditional one,with the key being the selection of characteristic air.In order to provide theoretical basis for the selection of characteristic air,the decomposition mechanism of air under partial discharge is studied based on chemical reaction rate theory.Firstly,the calculation model of gas molecules is set up by using the Gaussian software,and the molecular configuration of reactants and products is optimized.The transition states of each reaction path are searched,and the corresponding reaction rate constants are obtained.Based on this,the possible air products under different discharge conditions are analyzed.After that,the adsorption perfor-mance of air molecules in the switchgear is studied,and the influence of cabinet adsorption on the reaction is ana-lyzed.Combined with the reaction rate constant and the influence of switchgear cabinet on air adsorption,NO2,CO,O3 in gas decomposition products are selected as characteristic gases.Finally,the experimental platform is set up to sim-ulate partial discharge under different types of defects,and the concentration of three characteristic gases are collect-ed to verify the feasibility of characteristic gas selection on the basis of the data.The results show that the selection of NO2,CO and O3 characteristic gases can better reflect the partial discharge of air switchgear cabinet.关键词
