Abstract
Gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is an important apparatus in power transmission systems,However,the mechanical faults of switching equipment in GIS pose a significant threat to the safe and stable operation of the sys-tem.For improving the diagnosis accuracy on the type of mechanical fault of GIS circuit breaker,a platform for the mechanical characteristics test of GIS switching equipment is set up in this paper.The collection of such character-istic parameters as coil currents,contact displacement paths and vibration signals during the opening and closing pro-cesses under different fault conditions of the switching equipment is completed.The analysis shows that the wavelet time-frequency spectra of vibration signals are different under various conditions.On this basis,an intelligent diag-nostic method based on deep learning is proposed.The vibration feature signals are processed with wavelet transform,the scale coefficient is obtained and the spectrogram fusion is performed.The expansion of sample data set is achieved by the enhanced generative adversarial network(GAN),and the intelligent diagnostic model is set up based on the VGG16 architecture.The research results show that the use of the method achieves a diagnostic accura-cy of 99.3%for the closing spectrogram,and 98.4%for the opening spectrogram,which significantly increases the identification accuracy.关键词
