摘要

Abstract

The grid structure of traditional"Steel Coal Petrochemical"enterprises,which is mainly connected by ca-bles,is complex.The short circuit of a certain line or a load,due to long fault clearance time(more than 100 ms),causes long term AC busbar voltage sag inside the grid of the enterprise,leads to tripping of such various equipment as conversion equipment and various digital equipment inside the enterprise and brings hidden trouble to the produc-tion and operation.In this paper,a high-speed switch current limiting AC bus voltage maintaining equipment(HSBVP)with such advantage as fast onset time and low cost is proposed to achieve rapid support of AC bus voltage.Firstly,the working process and installation position of the HSBVP are analyzed in detail so to form the application scenario of the equipment.Secondly,the high-speed switch has no way to achieve compatibility with the size of conventional air breaker cabinet due to the larger volume.A compact electromagnet repulsion mechanism with upper and lower closed magnetic circuit is proposed to improve the efficiency and compress the volume of the repulsion mechanism.At the same time,the design scheme of"one driving three"electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is adopted to ef-fectively improve the opening and closing time consistency of three-phase mechanism.In addition,the equivalent im-pedance calculation model of enterprise power grid is set up in this paper to form a set of calculation method of capac-ity of current limiting reactor through the electromechanical transient model verification of real enterprise power grid.Finally,the equipment passes the type test performed by the third-party and the high-speed switch,within 5 ms after receiving the trip command,achieves deep current limit of fault current at 31.5 kA with DC component exceeding 80%,maintains quickly the voltage stability of the upper busbar,solves effectively the voltage sag of the internal power grid of the enterprise and possesses a good promotion prospect.
