摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the 535 kV Zhangbei four-terminal VSC-HVDC transmission project,the working characteris-tics and electromagnetic disturbance coupling mechanism of IGBT of the VSC-HVDC valve sub-module are ana-lyzed,the electromagnetic simulation model of the sub-module is set up and the method of moments is used to simu-late and calculate the sub-module near-field electromagnetic disturbance distribution.The sub-module structure and the design of the secondary control board are optimized in accordance with the simulation results.The technical pa-rameters of the sub-module of Zhangbei project and the sub-module is developed.According to relevant standards,the electromagnetic compatibility test of the sub-module is completed,and the correctness of the electromagnetic disturbance analysis of the sub-module and the rationality of the electromagnetic compatibility design of the sub-mod-ule are verified by the test result.The research results in this paper have been successfully applied to the Zhangbei project,which can provide references for the design of converter valve sub-modules in subsequent DC projects.
