Research on Waveform Generation and Adjustment Method of Oscillating Lightning Impulse Test for Distribution Transformer

Abstract
Oscillating lightning impulse(OLI)has such characteristics as high efficiency and convenient wave ad-justment and is therefore suitable for field test.According to the parameters and structural characteristics of distribu-tion transformer in this paper,the generation method of OLI voltage is proposed,and the influence factors of wave-form and on-site wave adjustment method are studied.On the basis of simulation,the test is carried out on 10 kV dis-tribution transformer.The results show that OLI test meet standard requirements using a low-voltage open circuit wir-ing mode.The front time and oscillation frequency of the OLI can be changed by adjusting the modulated inductance,and the tail time can be changed by adjusting both the front and tail resistance.The use of the method researched in the paper can generate the OLI voltage complying with the standard specified in IEC 60060-3:2006.关键词
