摘要

Abstract

With the continuous progress of"low-frequency transmission"technology of offshore wind power and the implementation of related project,the"low-frequency transmission"has become one of the important development di-rections of power system.The low-frequency power system has put forward new performance requirements for the switchgear equipment due to its special condition.In this paper,the parameters related to the breaking asymmetrical short-circuit current of the circuit breaker at low frequency of 20 Hz is mainly researched,the analysis is performed from such two aspects as loop duration and di/dt in combination with the test procedure of the existing standard,the features in the 20 Hz system and its difference from 50 Hz system are summarized and the following conclusions are obtained:①The circuit breaker,due to the influence of the increase of loop duration,is likely not interrupt the cur-rent in the first major loop with the maximum asymmetrical phase,causing the test procedure in the GB 1984-2014 to be not applicable to 20 Hz;②When the minimum breaking time falls within the"divergent interval",the equiva-lence between the test parameters of the maximum arcing time in the first-pole-to-clear and the actual condition is weak,therefore it is recommended to refer to the test procedure in GB/T 14824-2021;③The characteristic of the di/dtat 20 Hz is different from that at 50 Hz,di/dtat the current zero maybe greater than 100%,causing the peak val-ue of TRV in the test duty T100a to be greater than that in the test duty T100s.
