摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the anti-disturbance performance of the speed control system of the high-speed centrifugal compressor drive motor,a model-free control method with adaptive non-singular ter-minal sliding mode control was proposed.An adaptive non-singular terminal sliding mode control law was designed,and speed error variables were introduced.A non-singular terminal sliding mode surface was used to adaptively adjust the system state variables according to the distance equilibrium point,and then a model-free super-local model was established to design a speed controller.The control effect of the scheme was validated using a high-speed centrifugal compressor system with rated power of 60 kW and rated speed of 45 000 r∙min-1.The experimental results show that this method can effectively im-prove the system's anti-disturbance performance and reduce motor speed fluctuations when motor pa-rameters are perturbed,and load disturbances occur.
