摘要

Abstract

Aim:To investigate the changes of intestinal flora composition of multiple system atrophy(MSA)patients.Method:Clinical data and fecal samples were collected from patients with MSA(MSA group,n =22)admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to January 2022,and their healthy spouses(HC group,n =21).Based on the sequencing results of 16S rRNA in fecal flora,the changes in intestinal flora composition and abundances of MSA patients were analyzed.Results:The abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in MSA group were significantly lower than HC group(P<0.05).Compared with those of HC group,at the phylum level,the abundance of Proteobacteria in MSA group was significantly higher,while the abundance of Bacteroidota was significantly lower(P<0.05);at the family level,the relative abundances of Lactobacillace,Streptococcaceae,Enterobacteriaceae,Enterococcaceae,Beijerinckiaceae,Sphin-gomonadaceae,Erysipelotrichaceae in MSA group were higher,while the relative abundances of Bacteroidaceae and Rumino-coccaceae were lower(P<0.05);at the genus level,the relative abundances of Bacteroides,Faecalibacterium,Alistipes,Ba-cillus,Parasutterella,Parabacteroides,Roseburia,Streptomyces and Butyricicoccus in MSA group were lower,while those of Klebsiella,Citrobacter and Limosilactobacillus were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intestinal flora structure of MSA pa-tients significantly change at phylum,family and genus level,which may be related to the occurrence of MSA.
