摘要
Abstract
Aim:To analyze the influencing factors of low-dose CT(LDCT)at chest screening in high-risk lung cancer population. Methods:According to the cluster sampling method,a group of permanent residents aged 40 to 75 years in a city from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected, and data including demographic characteristics, lifestyle, family history, and personal past medical history were collected, and lung cancer risk was assessed using a cancer risk assessment question-naire.People who were assessed as high-risk for lung cancer were invited to the hospital for LDCT screening.Logistic regres-sion analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of LDCT screening. Results:A total of 241 out of 687 subjects with high-risk for lung cancer were enrolled in LDCT screening, and the participation rate was 35.08%.Logistic regression anal-ysis showed that gender[OR(95%CI)]was 0.549(0.381-0.790)],BMI[1.871(1.298-2.697)],drinking history[1.577(1.081-2.300)],physical exercise[1.991(1.282-3.094)],family history of lung cancer[1.721(1.168-2.535)],respiratory disease history[2.086(1.383-3.146)],education level[9.366(5.872-14.941)]were the influ-encing factors. Conclusion:At present, the compliance of LDCT screening among high-risk lung cancer population is still at a low level.Gender,BMI,drinking history, physical exercise, family history of lung cancer, respiratory disease history and education level are the influencing factors of the compliance of LDCT screening.关键词
