中老年上消化道肿瘤患者合并心血管代谢性疾病的影响因素分析
Influencing factors of cardiometabolic diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer

Abstract
Aim:To explore the influencing factors of cardiometabolic diseases(CMD)such as coronary heart disease,hypertension,stroke,and diabetes in middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer.Methods:A retro-spective analysis of clinical data from 4 116 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer was conducted.There were 1 399 patients with CMD and 2 717 patients without CMD.Clinical characteristics of the 2 groups were compared,and Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors for CMD in middle-aged and eld-erly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer.Results:The proportion of males with CMD was higher than females among middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer;patients with CMD had higher age,heart rate,triglycer-ide,and creatinine levels,and lower HDL-C level than those without CMD(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age of 65-97 years was a risk factor for upper gastrointestinal cancer complicated with CMD(OR =2.389,95%CI:2.092-2.727).Conclusion:The proportion of middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer com-bined with CMD is relatively high,especially for patients aged 65-97 years.关键词
