Abstract

Cu-based De-NOxcatalysts were prepared by using TiO2,ZSM-5,and SSZ-39 as the carrier,respectively.XRD,N2-adsorption,H2-TPR,XPS,NH3-TPD,and NH3-DRIFTS analyses were carried out to characterize the catalysts.The catalytic activities of the catalysts,and the SO2 and H2O resistance of Cu/SSZ-39 catalyst were tested via a fix-bed micro-reactor.The results showed that Cu/TiO2 catalyst exhibited a relatively low BET surface area,the low content of active sites,a low ratio of Oα/(Oα+Oβ)with a poor acid strength and acid sites.As a result,Cu/TiO2 catalyst showed the worst catalytic activity among the investigated catalysts.By contrast,Cu/ZSM-5 and Cu/SSZ-39 catalysts displayed well catalytic performance.Cu/SSZ-39 catalyst showed a better reducibility and more acid sites than that of the Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst,leading to a relative higher catalytic activity.Cu/SSZ-39 catalyst also exhibited good stability.The NOxconversion of Cu/SSZ-39 catalyst remained stable during the 60 h reaction with the presence of SO2 and H2O.
