摘要

Abstract

Land subsidence has been one of the most harmful geological disasters because of its imperceptible and serious consequences.In order to effectively prevent the land subsidence disaster,the displacement monitoring of soil will become particularly important when the land subsidence occurs.Distributed optical fiber sensing technology has become one of the means to obtain soil settlement and displacement information because it can be used for high-sensitivity distributed monitoring.On the basis of fully considering the settlement coordination between the directly buried strain sensing optical fiber and the surrounding soil,the high spatial resolution Brillouin optical time domain analysis(BOTDA)technology was used to measure the strain distribution of the optical fiber under test when the soil settlement occurs,and the measured strain was converted into displacement by the"strain-displacement"calculation model,thus the measured displacement was achieved and compared with the actual settlement displacement of the soil.The experimental results show that the measured settlement displacement was in good agreement with the actual settlement displacement of the soil at the stage of good coupling between the optical fiber and the soil,and laying ground anchors on the optical fiber can improve the coupling performance between them,so as to obtain better settlement monitoring effect.The criterion of coupling deformation degree between the fiber and soil obtained from the experiment can be used to quantitatively evaluate the coupling degree between fiber and soil during the process of settlement.
