摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula were analyzed retrospectively,and the related literature was reviewed.Results There were no complications or deaths in 2 cases,Case 1 improved after excreting stones from the body after conservative treatment,and Case 2 had no remission after conservative treatment.For Case 2,laparotomy exploration + cholecystectomy + small bowel lithotomy + cholecystoduodenal fistula repair were performed immediately,and the postoperative recovery was good.Conclusion Early intervention,timely diagnosis,individualized treatment,and continuous follow-up should be achieved to reduce the incidence and mortality of gallstone intestinal obstruction.关键词
